New Year's Eve Makeup.
New Year’s Eve calls for glitter, fake lashes, and tons of makeup. Here’s the look I created using my new Black Palette by Urban Decay:

To me, red lips are the epitome of class and sophistication. Adding a red lip to muted or neutral makeup will completely transform the look. Red lips are not only meant for holiday parties, but for any classy evening out. Urban Decay Black Palette.
