Went to one of the most amazing places on Earth today. It was a spur of the moment decision to pull off of the highway, hop over a fence, and carefully walk through crazy rocks to get to this point. It was so worth it.

A 6 course dinner by the sea. One of the many perks of pharmacy.

Pearl Harbor ⚓
Such a beautiful place, such a tragic story.
On the agenda today: riding the Pineapple Express! (at Dole Plantation)
My rotation in Hawaii is everything I expected it to be and much more. I am learning a lot at the pharmacy I’m interning at, and I’m really thankful to share the experience with my best friend from pharm school. To top it all off, we are staying with a wonderful older couple, a massage therapist and chaplain, who live less than 10 minutes from the beach. They took us in at the drop of a hat and have given us everything, including fresh coconut water from their palm trees. Today at church, we met the CFO of the Adventist hospital. She gave us a car to get around the island when we told her we rode the bus. Oh man, we are so blessed. ☀ 🌺 (at Kailua Beach)
We had dinner here last night. Hawaii is so beautiful! (at Kaka‘ako Waterfront Park)
